Bio: I'm interested in the way literature can help us explore aspects of the human condition - particularly suffering, sex, love, faith, and redemption. My favourite stories are those in which a character takes a journey, either a physical journey to a new and exciting place, or a personal journey in which he or she learns something about himself/herself.

I'm also interested in how aesthetic elements such as art, architecture, and music can be used to tell a story or to illuminate the traits of a particular character. In my writing, I combine all of these elements with the themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the transformative power of goodness.

I try to use my platform as an author to raise awareness about the following charities: Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation, WorldVision, Alex's Lemonade Stand, and Covenant House. For more information, see my Twitter account.

G & Cs Review Written By Cristin:

G & I were so excited to visit Professor Gabriel and Julianne one last time. Their story had blown us away thus far and we couldn't wait to get our hands on this third installment. I'll tell you, we were not disappointed.
Both of us rated this book a solid 4 stars but our reasonings for the rating may be a bit different.
We both agree that Gabriel's Redemption is written beautifully, smartly and is just a refreshing read. Gabriel and Julianne have a strong, deep love for eachother and their passion for their love of Dante only fuels the everlasting flame of fire between them. We are taken on their journey as husband and wife and the challenges and surprises they face together. We are taken on Gabriel's journey to find out about his past so he can move forward with his life freely and securely.
Here's where we differ...While G did not love Gabriel in this book at first, as he was a bit different, I did. He is toned down a bit but he is trying to better himself so I felt it was appropriate. I did feel though the story was slow at times and it was lacking that real angst I look for in a book. But for those of you who don't love a lot of angst..this is a perfect read for you. Also, every other character that you had met in the first two books including Paul, Christa, Simon & Natalie, make an appearance. I was ok with how all of their stories played a part and wrapped up, but G felt like she didn't want to read those parts. She just wanted to get back to Gabriel and Julia....either way, we agree that toward the end of the book, we were both loving Gabriel and how the story came to an end. There were so many playful, humorous scenes with Julianne and Gabriel and this was definitely steamier than the first two, but expertly done. This series is just classy and romantic and we will miss them both. Professor, thank you for letting us be a part of your journey, you will always be in our hearts.
Don't pass this book up!
